What you’ll be doing:Manages incoming work requests/inquiries, inputs data entry of requests into systems (ServiceNow, BPA, HCM), and distributes work to team members.Submits tickets for onboarding of new team members.Actions on and distributes physical mail received at the HQ office.Sends daily outgoing UPS shipment requests.Responds to and provides information as applicable for requests from other departments or external third parties.Processes unemployment claims (ADP, SIDES, etc.) and separation notices.Maintains up-to-date users in group emails for the branch.Schedules rooms and creates group invites for branch team meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.What you’ll bring to the job:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in Human ResourcesAble to read and interpret work instructionsFluent in both written and spoken EnglishPassion for doing a job wellWhat’s in it for you:For this position, you will be paid: $34.62/hourA regular schedule of Monday through FridayAfter meeting the qualification requirements, employees are offered through LandrumHR: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance and matching 401k
