Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per specifications in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.
Responsibilities
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employeesDiscover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goalsBe the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparationMaintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
Qualifications
Bartending experience in a hotel or related settingRecord of delivering exceptional guest experienceEffective communication skillsAppropriate professional appearance and demeanorMust be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hoursTeam Player with a guest first attitudeMinimum age of 21 years old
