Our client, a 150+ bed hospital located in the Southern part of Oklahoma, about 1.5 hrs from Oklahoma City and 2 hrs from Dallas has a need for a Lab Director to join their team.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Lab Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and provision of diagnostic laboratory services (inpatient, outpatient, and reference work) in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the Administration and Medical Staff.
Educational RequirementsBaccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or related scienceWork ExperienceFive (5) years general laboratory experience as a Medical TechnologistThree (3) years of experience as a Director/Manager in a clinical laboratory (preferably at an acute care facility)License/CertificationSalary up to $130,000
