📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently partnered with a leading international bank seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Relations Associate Director to join their growing team. As a Regulatory Relations Associate Director, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies, particularly the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate open communication between the bank and regulatory authorities.
Regulatory Relations Associate Director Responsibilities:Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, particularly the OCC and the FRB.Serve as primary contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate open communication.Stay updated on regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders.Coordinate regulatory reports and filings accurately and timely.Assist in policy development and training programs related to compliance.Monitor emerging regulatory risks and trends, recommending actions to mitigate risks.Support professional development of junior team members.Represent the bank in industry forums and working groups.
Regulatory Relations Associate Director Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.5+ years' experience in regulatory relations or compliance in financial services.Strong understanding of OCC and FRB regulations.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Proven track record in managing regulatory examinations.
