📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a premier law firm, is looking for a hands-on Legal Billing Specialist to work directly alongside the billing supervisors and managers and contribute to their team. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Billing Specialist to gain experience with a global industry leader. Strong organization and communication skills are required for the role as you will be interfacing with account representatives and clients across the United States and abroad. This is a hybrid position located in Miami, Florida.
Legal Billing Specialist Responsibilities: Partner with account representatives to create and distribute client billing on a monthly basis Create preliminary bills to be routed to account representatives and make necessary adjustments according to clients' contractual guidelines Collaborate with account representatives and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies Meet deadlines for distribution of invoices to account representatives and clients
Legal Billing Specialist Requirements: 3+ years of e-billing experience in a professional legal services firm, preferably using EliteExperience with billing for time and expenses / cost using Elite, E3 or Bill Blast preferred Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word
