Be the friendly voice that answers phones and assists patients with questions they have Skillfully manage appointments, patient inquiries and registration processes to keep our client’s operations running smoothly Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy Work hand-in-hand with various departments to streamline patient flow and swiftly resolve any issues that arise
