LaSalle Network is partnering with a top healthcare provider to hire an experienced Patient Financial Representative. If you have a strong background in medical billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning and data entry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. This position is fully onsite in Houston, Texas.

Patient Financial Representative Responsibilities: Manage and execute medical billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards Oversee collections activities, contacting patients for outstanding payments and negotiating payment arrangements Validate reimbursement claims, working closely with insurance providers to resolve issues and optimize revenue. Accurately post cash transactions and reconcile accounts to maintain financial integrity Handle incoming mail, scanning documents and entering data into relevant systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency

Patient Financial Representative Requirements: Proven experience in medical billing, collections, reimbursement validation and data entry Strong understanding of healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, insurance representatives and internal stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in relevant software applications for data entry and record keeping
