We are looking for a strong Recruiter – Home Services in the Denver, Colorado area with a proven history of recruiting skill trade professionals. Recruiter – Home Services Responsibilities
Manage recruitment efforts for skilled trade roles including plumbers, HVAC technicians, installers and apprentice electricians for multiple locations Attending job fairs locally and in surrounding areas to attract top talent Conduct quarterly on-site visits to ensure operational effectiveness and address any staffing needs Coordinate training sessions for new hires Collaborate with hiring managers Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage with potential candidates, including persistent follow-up to establish communication Adapt to changing processes and systems, such as transitioning from paper-based to digital background checks and implementing new business management software
Recruiter – Home Services Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance, skilled trades or a related field is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences Comfortable with phone outreach and proactive in building relationships with candidates Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability to evolving processes and business needs
