Premier AmLaw firm is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Chicago, NYC, or Kansas City.
This person will support attorneys with UCC and corporate and securities filings.
Must have a Bachelor's or Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate and at least 5 years of corporate law experience in a law firm.
Blue sky experience is HIGHLY preferred.
