California Licensed Litigation Attorney (Completely Remote)

Are you a California licensed attorney living in United States with at least three years of experience handling civil litigation matters? Would you enjoy doing contract work remotely for a law firm on your own schedule (either part-time or full-time)? Do you have experience handling commercial, personal injury, construction and/or labor & employment litigation matters? Have you assisted with or handled written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and/or trial preparation in civil litigation cases? If so, this contract litigation position may be for you.

CompensationThe annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
