📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Event Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team.
This is a face-to-face position that will involve working with various businesses in the hospitality industry, including sporting games, expos, mall events and tail-gates.
Duties:Assist with the planning and execution of events, including fundraisers, banquets, and other special occasionsWork closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that their events run smoothlyCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each eventProvide excellent guest services during events, including greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concernsAssist with setup and cleanup of events as needed
Requirements:Must be 18 years of agePrevious experience in the hospitality industry is preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
