What you will do
Prepare Competitive Financing Programs for West Coast Operations by partnering with Sales Team Compile reports regarding finance and credit dataReview, analyze and interpret financial informationComplete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan request, and submit to loan committees for approvalHelp to enhance the quality of credit applicationsResearch and identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations to managementReconcile customer statements/billingsEnsure collateral is perfected according to the approved credit decisions. Review loan package for accuracy and completeness including but not limited to business entity documents prior to preparing loan documents Prepare loan modification, renewal and extension documents of loansPrepare and ability to read loan documentsPrepare Ad hoc documents as neededEnter applications into proprietary softwareRequest and review insurance certificates to ensure sufficient coverage of collateralPerform other duties/projects as assigned
What you should have
Thorough understanding of the basic principles of loan documentation and perfection of security interest.3+ years experience in equipment financing desiredNegotiating skillsKnowledge of leasing softwareBachelors in Finance or related fieldExperience with financial statement analysisExperience with Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience reading and interpreting legal documents a plusHighly analytical with strong critical thinking skillsDetail orientedSolid written and oral communication skillsTime management essentialConfident phone mannerEnergetic
Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000 Depending on Experience.
