📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry level immigration attorney to advance his/her career and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. The Associate Immigration attorney will be responsible for all aspects and stages of our removal cases and SIJ cases. Will manage litigation work flow and conduct client interviews.
Requirements1+ years as an Immigration AttorneyProven experience in handling removal proceedings, SIJ, adjustment of status interviews, family immigration, consular processing, U visas and Vawa and N-400s.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in the use of legal research software and other legal technologies.Fluency in Spanish.Please include 3 professional references.
