Job Title: Partner - Intake DepartmentLocation: Los Angeles, CA
Description:Join one of the nation's largest law firms as a Partner in our Intake department. We're seeking a dynamic individual to provide leadership and expertise in civil pre-litigation and litigation processes. As a Partner, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, determining case viability, addressing concerns, and guiding potential clients through the intake process.
Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the intake department, offering expertise in civil pre-litigation and litigation processes.Assess the viability of potential cases, engaging with clients to understand their concerns and guide them through case progression, even during nights and weekends.Showcase the firm's strengths and capabilities, persuading potential clients to sign while managing expectations.Travel to meet with clients and facilitate the signing process.Provide step-by-step assistance to potential clients throughout their intake journey.
Requirements:Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Licensed attorney in the State of California.Proven sales skills with a track record of closing deals.Persuasive communication skills with a strong ability to listen and address client concerns.Deep familiarity with civil pre-litigation and litigation processes.
