This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in the legal field and has strong language skills in both Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis in both Mandarin and EnglishTranslate legal documents and communications between Mandarin and EnglishAssist with drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsCommunicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties in both Mandarin and EnglishManage case files and documentsAssist with trial preparationOther duties as assigned
Requirements:Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English preferred.
