SUMMARY: This position is responsible for preparing cost estimates for repairs for work to be performed.

Essential Job Functions

Answer and return phone calls promptly. Follow up on voicemails. Reply to emails in a timely manner, follow up on all correspondences Write & submit all warranty, internal, and retail estimates that come into the shops. Take necessary pictures for all jobs. Cost out materials and labor for estimates. Identify parts required to make repairs and makes sure parts are ordered Review estimates with customers, advisors, and technicians, when necessary. Write supplements on a timely basis and follow up on them to get supplements approved. Keep Foreman informed on all repair issues. Quality control inspection prior to delivery with Foreman. Attend all company required meetings. Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications And Experience

Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements Must have strong math skills & be efficient in using a calculator. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be detail oriented Must have strong time management skills 3-5 years of estimating experience with motorhome wall, ceiling, floor, and/or cabinet damage repairs preferred. Product knowledge of how unit is assembled. Knowledge of how to efficiently process insurance claims. Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
