Responsibilities
The Senior HRIS Analyst leverages technology and data to optimize Lazydayβs people processes and programsThis role manages and maintains our HRIS, UKG, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing technical support and trainingFurthermore, a part of roleβs involvement is in people analytics providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, following ethical standards and best practicesOwn the maintenance of our HRISPerform data analysis, testing, and auditing to ensure the accuracy, integrity, security of HRIS and our people dataConsult end user customers (i.e., team members, managers, People team) to determine current and future HRIS needs and requirementsDocument HRIS processes and provide technical support and training to our end users to maximize the effective and efficient use of our HRIS across Lazydays RVCollaborate with both internal stakeholders (e.g., IT and payroll and benefits teams, etc.) and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements and new modules/systems, and optimize the functionality of HRIS and the data integrations to other internal and/or third party systemsImplement new HRIS modules, working with vendors and internal stakeholders for a smooth transition as we add performance, compensation, and talent acquisition functionality to the existing instance of UKGGenerate and analyze reports and metrics from HRIS to support People decision-making and strategic planningStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HRIS and recommend improvements and innovations to meet the changing needs of the organizationHelp conduct statistical analysis to extract insights from large and complex data sets, such as employee engagement, performance, retention, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and/ or learning and developmentSupport creating a clear and compelling story to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholdersSupport consulting business leaders to identify key people challenges and opportunities and provide data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals and values
