YOUR DAY-TO-DAYBUSINESS OPERATIONSDevelop store business plan to build top line sales, including marketing and promotional strategies that will drive traffic to the store and grow the customer base, with particular emphasis placed on building the local marketRemain current and knowledgeable of industry and local market trends to determine strategic opportunities to maximize sales within the marketEmbrace technology to enhance customer experience; ensure team has working knowledge of all computer and technology systems and softwareEstablish a culture of productivity and accountability through clear expectations, role modeling, and instilling a strong focus on KPI achievementWork closely with cross-functional partners in HR, Planning, and Operations to achieve store/region

BRAND EXPERIENCEDemonstrate sales leadership by taking an active role on the selling floor to promote clientele developmentAct as a brand ambassador reflective of our company values; partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and District Manager to execute an engaging visual experienceLead and support the store team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display to create a compelling atmosphereCultivate a warm and welcoming environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personable

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORManagement experience in a retail/hospitality service environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, POS, and laptop/handheld systemsFlexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.)Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysHigh School Graduate or equivalentPhysical requirements include ability to be mobile and walking on the sales floor for extended period of time; climb a ladder; lift and carry up to 25 poundsTravel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores
