Skiiled Nursing Facility (SNF) in the heart of Crystal River, Florida, just minutes away from the breathtaking natural wonders of Kings Bay and Three Sisters Springs, is looking for a passionate and tenured Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the campus. WIth a commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to residents in a warm and welcoming environment, the only thing missing is you!Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Florida.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive operational efficiency.Dedication to providing compassionate care and improving the quality of life for residents.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.If you are an experienced Administrator with a desire to be in the Sunshine State, passionate about resident care, have the ability to lead a team with a "firm but fair" leadership style, and are looking for a company that will offer finincial stability and corporate support...THIS IS IT!
