Position Title: Workday HRIS AnalystType: Full-Time, Direct HireLocation: Portland, ORSalary: $110,000 - $144,000/yr. + 10% Bonus (Depending on Experience and Education)Work Authorization: W2 Work Authorization in the US only, No C2C We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Workday HRIS Analyst with one of our esteemed partners in Portland. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements for changes, enhancements, or projects, ensuring clear articulation of functional processes.Provide expertise in Workday for day-to-day support and development, including configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.Design solutions encompassing configuration, integrations, security, testing, and implementation of new features, managing cross-functional impact.Research and recommend Workday best practices, collaborating with various departments to identify process improvement opportunities.Collaborate closely with third-party vendors on integrations, updates, and testing.Build and maintain Reporting and Dashboard capabilities to enable strategic decision-making.Stay updated on Workday releases and potential impacts.Coordinate enhancements to streamline functionality and improve user experience.Participate in change management, support go-live activities, and contribute to end-user training.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and implementing HRIS reporting systems.3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to align the HRIS with organizational goals.Proven success in complex, enterprise-wide projects and designing scalable data visualization/dashboards.Change management experience is desirable.If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to enhancing HR processes, apply now!
