Accountant/Full Charge BookkeeperGoffstown, NH Onsite 8am-5pm 40 hours/weekly $62k-$72k/yrOur manufacturing client in Goffstown, NH is seeking a full charge bookkeeper/ accountant to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to wear multiple hats and be the go-to person for the team. · Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred.· 3+ years full cycle accounting experience required.· Experience in Year/Quarter/Month End close, Finance Statement Preparation, Account Reconciliation, Journal Entries, AP/AR required.· Weekly payroll and timesheet processing required.· Experience using a manufacturing ERP system, Global Shop Solution preferred.· Experience in manufacturing or similar industry required.· Human resources, office management experience highly preferred· Experience supervising 1 person preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:· Month End, Quarter End, Fiscal Year End and Calendar Year End accounting responsibilities· Supervise the AR/AP Admin· Maintain company bank accounts and process transfers as needed.· Run weekly PR in house, which includes filing of PR Tax Reports, SUTA, FUTA and FICA· Handling preparation for Tax Returns· Perform financial audits as required.· Cash Flow requirements.· Accurately record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the appropriate accounting software or ledger.· Oversee and serve as back up to AP/AR administrator.· Handle accounts receivable by issuing invoices to customers, tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies.· Regularly reconciling bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.· Calculating employee wages, taxes, and other deductions accurately, and ensuring that employees are paid on time.· Generating financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a regular basis to provide insights into the company's financial health.· Maintaining the general ledger, which involves organizing financial data and ensuring that all entries are accurately categorized and recorded.· Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.· Providing support for financial analysis by preparing budgets, forecasting future revenues and expenses, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
