Payroll Specialist

Our client, in Manchester, NH, has an immediate opening for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in ADP payroll and a strong working background in MS Excel.Â

Role: Accounting/Payroll Specialist (Direct Hire)

Pay: $63,000-$66,000

Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)

Premise: Provide support to accounting and payroll team.

Principle Duties

• Process bi-weekly payroll

• Track and administer PTO

• Work with HR to manage payroll deductions for benefit plans

• Ensure confidentiality related to payroll and benefit information submitted to accounting.

• Upload 401(k) deferral files

• Support 401(k) testing, reporting and calculations for employee matching contributions.

• Assist with payroll related budgets

• Support the Director of Finance and Accounting Supervisor as needed

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in ADP requiredÂ

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and meet daily/monthly/annual deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient with Microsoft office products (Excel and Word)
