We’re looking to build out our roster of high-caliber legal operations professionals for full time and part time roles.

In particular, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience:

E-Billing

Oversee and manage the entire e-billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.Maintain e-billing systems, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.Ensure monthly accruals are submitted by outside counsel and other vendors.Support the Legal and Finance team in updating and managing metrics and reporting and providing the subsequent data to various stakeholders.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Work to maintain the CLM system, including workflows, metadata tagging, etc.

Legal Vendor Management

Work to maintain and measure relationships with outside counsel firms as well as any ALSP, legal technology, or software vendors.

Matter Management / Project Management

Coordinate and manage legal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.Work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure smooth execution of legal projects.

Technology Management

Manage Legal technology which includes Ebilling, CLMs, Legal Subscriptions, Board management along with other tools.
