Conversions Associate - Frost Plaza

Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is seeking immediate fills for part-time and full-time Conversion Associates.

The Role

Follows the Operation Manager’s assignments for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Delivers stock to all concessions stands, portables, and catering areas. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments and helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

The Rock at La Cantera is a multi-phase legacy project that will extend across 45 acres and features the new state of the art Spurs training facility, Frost Plaza, an outdoor event space, and Roca & Martillo Restaurant.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Operations Supervisor. Assist in receiving and storing venue deliveries. Maintain cleanliness of the Plaza, warehouse, and dock area. Restock concession stands with food and beverage products. Inspect concession stands and event space for deficiencies and take appropriate corrective action. Responsible for moving equipment, set-up/tear-down, and stocking for catered and venue events. General housekeeping and cleaning as needed around the concession's areas.

Qualifications

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to promote and participate in a team environment. Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others. Requires lifting of up to 50 pounds in weight.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, carry and walk for extended periods of time outdoors. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
