Description

The consulting employee shall support multiple large DOD pursuits with values exceeding $100M. These pursuits will incorporate advanced engineering designs and require coordination with multiple engineering organizations, supply chain, business development, program management, and capture management organizations to create a total program baseline meeting all customer requirements. The consulting employee shall be able to perform with limited oversite on extremely complex proposals having a high impact to the overall Leidos business development.

Responsibilities

Create DODAF artifacts in support of 3 large LInC Capture campaigns.Coordinate engineering proposal baseline development activities throughout multiple engineering organizations / branches required to execute the engineering baseline design to customer requirements. Coordinate with Capture Management to ensure all engineering support requirements are met to include IMS, Risk Registry, BOM, BOE inputs. Communicate to Senior Leadership the proposal engineering baseline.

Required Experience

The consulting employee shall have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree plus 20 years’ experience in engineering capture activities. They shall have experience leading large captures with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate the engineering baseline artifacts required both for preproposal and for proposal pricing and writing efforts. The consulting employee shall have previous military experience with a top-secret security clearance prior to starting employment. They shall be a subject matter expert in DOD architecture framework (DODAF) products. They shall have SME knowledge of engineering proposal products including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Bill of Materials (BOM), Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Statement of Work (SOWs), Risk Registers, Hardware Utilization Matrices (HUM), and the associated DOD/Mil standards that apply to each item.

Pay range for this Position: $100/hr - $110/hr
