Job Summary Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer! Manufacturing Engineers at Leonardo DRS are involved with the design, development, modification, and analysis of manufacturing processing products and devices that support power systems on US Navy vessels. We are looking for a talented Engineer to troubleshoot and diagnose opportunities in our existing processes or products and implement improvement as needed. What You Will Do Performs moderately complex functions in the process design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation of production operationsPrepares complicated plans, conduct support studies, provide analysis or tests in the development of production operationsAssigns work to drafters and/or technicians and provide guidance to lower level engineersResponsibilities are diverse in scope where analysis of situations or data requires sound judgment Develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, manufacturing flow, and capacity plansReview detail designs for manufacturability and producibilitySupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Education & Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree in an applicable engineering field with 5+ years applicable engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experienceSpecialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and roboticsCandidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment Leonardo DRS, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates are equal opportunity employers and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#NPS
