Job Overview

The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needsAccurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS systemMaintain a welcoming store environmentAssist with merchandising and inventory controlPosition requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High SchoolA valid driver's license with reliable transportation6 months or 1 year of customer serviceAbility to achieve placement in the succession program. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.Ability to complete required training within two months of hire. The ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 / hour
