📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
Act as liaison between the architectural team including designers and all consultants to coordinate information. Assist Associate team members as needed and offer solutions to rectify architectural problems that arise. Review, resolve and respond to code issues and interpretations affecting architectural designs. Preliminary organization of architectural drawing set in association with confirmed scope and budget. Attend and observe client meetings and prepare and distribute minutes. Review all Architectural work and coordinate with consultants (with the assistance of the Project Manager). Prepare, control and manage the deliverables of the project for final review by the Project Manager. Manage and maintain project files. Ensure compliance and monitoring of production process and standards in cooperation with BIM manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus 3 years of experience in an Architectural occupation.
