Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of management-side litigation experience. Our client is a Chambers Elite ranked boutique law firm, with a great culture and work-life balance, with a 1750 hour billable target. Although the firm has offices in Northern and Southern California, they are able to assist their clients with national and international labor and employment needs. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to labor and employment litigation, including PAGA/class action and single plaintiff employment law. The position is primarily located in San Francisco,CA, and you can WFH 3 days a week.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of CA Labor and Employment LawExperience in conducting legal research and analysisTop law firm experience in employment litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the CA Bar is required
