Responsibilities:Draft discovery requests and responses.Conduct depositions.Conduct site visits.Draft and argue motions.Trial preparation and support.Attend and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations.Attend and represent clients at trial.Maintain accurate time records.
Requirements:Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all states where the applicant is licensed to practice2 to 6 years of litigation experience.Solid academic credentials.Excellent research and communication skills.Desire to grow with our busy practice.Prior experience with construction, real estate, and insurance coverage is a plus.
