About Our Team

The Payments Efficiency Product Team solves critical customer pain points by growing and evolving the Payments and KYC portfolio of data, insights, and software services. The team is globally located, and drives alignment across the business, interacting regularly with technology, design, sales, marketing, content, and project management.

About The Role

The Senior Product Manager I will own a product or one or more product features within the Payments Efficiency Portfolio. This individual will bring an in-depth knowledge of payments to deliver product innovation through customer centric and design thinking. You will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. They will develop exceptional technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas.

Responsibilities

Maintaining close contact with customers to gain a sense for where the market is heading given multiple considerations. This includes creating processes that are adept at recognizing customer needs and understanding customer use cases.Leveraging metrics to track progress on customer needs, accessing data from multiple sources, and adeptly managing through ambiguity. Can identify crucial data, and applies a data-driven approach to balance conflicting priorities and set actionable KPIs, priorities, and dashboards.Acting accountable for portions of launch and strategy execution. Developing clear go-to-market launch plans in coordination with cross-functional teams and supporting pricing strategy as required. Drives process and communication for products undergoing change, while contributing to business strategic planning, including sales and business development strategy.Having a grasp of the broader product experience, adeptly develops prototypes and drives key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release. Adhering to the company's SDLC processes. Contributing to resolving complex design challenges, writing clear requirements for intricate features, and remaining responsive to requests for clarifications.Developing a product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy. Effectively communicating across critical stakeholders while emphasizing the importance of demonstrating ROI. Utilizes competitor insights and data-driven approaches to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities, driving commercial success.Having a high-level understanding of the company's technology stack. Adeptly utilizes or extends the platform and underlying technologies to innovate new product features. Facilitating informed discussions with tech and data counterparts about development approaches.Using innovative thinking to develop and implement ideas to enhance processes/ products while integrating and expanding upon contributions from others. Able to create fresh opportunities through diverse perspectives and inspiring the status quo.

Requirements

Have minimum years of product management experience: 6-8Have a BA or MA in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is ideal, but not essential. MBA or management concentration is ideal.Have experience as recognized full owner of a payments product or sizable feature of a complex payments product.Have released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.Demonstrate frequent product customer engagements that lead to positive commercial outcomesHave previous experience in managing payments software and/or data products.Have experience implementing, supporting, or managing on-prem/cloud ERP and integrated enterprise systems is ideal but not required.
