Principal Duties And Responsibilities
The Assembler is accountable for the quality of the products produced at the work station The Assembler is responsible for reading and understanding the operator instructions at the workstation Perform repetitive line assembly operations to assemble product quickly to approved specifications Apply and follow all standardized work and operating instructions. Utilize wide range of powered-hand tools to assembly check, adjust or repair appliances Ensure that the workstation is clean at all times
Requirements
Soldering and brazing experience preferredAnalytical and problem-solving skillsComfort with complexity and ambiguityDemonstrated ability to interact with team members at all levelsStrong attention to details, listening skills, influencing style and proactive measures is essential for successAbility to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to lift 30 -50 pounds
