We are currently seeking a EPS Engineer Associate to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Manufacturing and Production Team!
You will be responsible for assisting the EPS Manager to achieve and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and delivery by focusing on safety, quality and efficiency while minimizing costs.
Responsibilities
Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth Assist managing and direct all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment Work with EPS Manager to create and execute a culture of continuous improvement Helps the EPS Manager by maintaining and gathering data used to maintain a high level of production Responsible for helping establish and promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Basic understanding of production equipment and system integration Basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems Exceptional written and oral communication skills Basic knowledge of manufacturing, including machine capabilities and efficiencies Minimal travel required
