📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Duties
The Supervisor will supervise employees at a Surface Transfer Center (STC) for the US Postal Service under contract with LGSTX Distribution Services, Inc. (LDS). Responsibilities will include the following:
Ensures accurate, timely sorting of mail by employeesPerforms supervisory functions including staffing, personnel interviewing, selection, training, rewards/discipline, performance reviews, attendance, timekeeping and safety complianceMaintains effective communication regarding operational requirements to employeesResponsible for operational policy communication and problem resolution Assists Manager and Shift Managers of STC as necessary
