📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager position with a well-known Software organization located in Dallas. The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and will be responsible for leading the full accounting and reporting process. If you have at least 7 years’ experience working with the day to day accounting and financial operations of a healthcare organization then you may be an ideal fit for this position.
This role will range in compensation from 120K-125K+Bonus+Stock Options. The company has a great culture and offers flexible working hours and excellent benefits.
Job Duties:· Oversight over accounting team· Oversee the month end, quarter end, and year end close processes and review financials results, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.· Initiate budget and forecasting activities· Conduct all business activities· External audit requests
Qualifications:· 7 plus years of GL Accounting Experience and public accounting· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting· CPA is highly preferred· Strong leadership experience
