LHH's client, a fantastic boutique law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join its office in Miami, Florida. If you are an attorney interested in handling commercial litigation matters, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Work and learn about all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trials.Collaborate with partners and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to clients.
Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum 2 years of litigation experience. Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
