📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
LHH is seeking a commercial contracts attorney that would be interested in a contract/contract to hire in house position with an outstanding company located in Florida. You will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing, redlining, revising, and negotiating technology contracts and other vendor agreements; providing legal insights; helping to develop strategies on contract negotiation and how to improve standards forms agreements; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a full range of experience with corporate and transactional work, including drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including pragmatic conflict resolution among many stakeholders . Qualifications
5+ years of commercial contracts attorney experience, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. Experience with IT contracts is a must!JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in with state bar associationStrong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management lifecycle softwareSolid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detailGreat written and verbal communication skills20-40 hours a week
Hourly pay: $70/hr.-$75/hr.100% Remote
