Controller, Bilingual in Spanish (145K-150K+Bonus)

We are looking fill a Controller position in Dallas with an international restaurant company. The Controller will oversee the implementation and streamlining of the accounting, financial reporting and consolidations, manage a team of 3-4 accountants as well as assist with the increased financial growth of the company. This position will be overseeing an accounting team that has strong tenure with the company.

This is a Hybrid Position (2-3 days per week in office) and will pay 145K-150K plus 15% Bonus.

Job responsibilities include

• Preparation and submission of the Company’s financials· Work closely with the CFO as a liaison to the Board· Hire, train, supervise and develop staff· Assist with the annual budgeting process

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field· CPA highly preferred but not required· Restaurant or experience working for a multi-unit operation is a plus but not required· At least 7 years of experience· Public accounting is a plus but not required· Professional and approachable personality; this role will be a liaison for multiple departments· Prior management experience of teams of at least 3 or more· Bilingual is in Spanish is a huge plus
