In addition to holding an accounting degree, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong desire to learn. They should possess transactional accounting experience in areas such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, or staff-level experience with general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliation. Responsibilities:Compiling and analyzing financial data for journal entries and documenting business transactions.Performing bank reconciliations and entering A/R invoices and receipts.Reviewing and analyzing financial statements for various corporate entities.Assisting with the preparation of monthly individual and consolidated financial statements.Communicating financial information to department heads, management, and owners.Assisting with investor contributions and distributions recording.Protecting organization's value by maintaining confidentiality and identifying any fraudulent activities.Completing assigned responsibilities accurately and on time.
Client Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in Microsoft software products, especially Excel.Knowledge of real estate is desired but not required.
