📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
I am currently working with a lead partner at a highly regarded regional law firm, who is actively looking to recruit a senior attorney who specializes in corporate law to join their growing practice in Denver.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the firms senior partners in all areas of corporate and commercial law.Conducting in-depth analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential M&A targets.Offer advice to public and private companies and their management on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other matters that affect business operations. You will work with clients across a broad array of sectors, including energy and aerospace.Assist in the development and future success of the firms corporate practice group.
Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.Admission to the state bar of Illinois.5+ years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained in an AM LAW setting. Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
