Financial Planning Analyst

Coordinate all monthly budget to actual meetings for each Business Unit (BU) and Cost Center (CC) to understand significant variances.Prepare monthly financial statements for management with explanations for significant and/or unexpected drivers in results.Prepare the financial deck for quarterly Irish BOD meeting.Prepare the financial deck for the quarterly US BOD meeting.Work with others in the finance team to update running royalty forecasts/projections for Avanci, Velos and Maintain/Review monthly revenue analysis file by licensee including foreign vs. domestic breakout.Reconcile Legal Tracker, an AP processing tool for legal invoices, to our ERP, Intacct, with the legal teamReview and approve all journal entries.Complete the Teletry Quarterly Revenue Report for period ending May 31, 2024.Prepare quarterly management fee allocations.Assist in modeling changes to management fee allocations for 2024.
