HVAC Service Account Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a HVAC Service Account Manager to join a growing HVAC company located in Kent, WA. This position will oversee the organizations ongoing service operations and help manage their growth. You will be a key member of the management team and will be responsible for operational efficiencies, account development, performance management and customer success. We are seeking a leader that will be a passionate advocate for customer service, highly analytical to ensure client service support metrics are met and that will develop and execute strategies to support the growth of the organization

What you’ll be doing:Lead employees, encouraging maximum performance and dedicationMeet and exceed sales quotas by managing a large book of businessConduct prospecting for new maintenance projects for HVAC systems Create and evaluate the company's everyday business systems with focus on process improvement, increased efficiency and customer satisfactionEnsure quality of work from all business operations and help company execute on growth objectivesServe as escalation contact to resolve client concernsBuild effective and collaborative working relationship throughout the organizationImproves operational performance by integrating initiatives that simplify process and drive out complexityWork closely with executive leadership and contributing to overall business strategies

Ideal qualifications for a successful candidate:7+ years of operational and management experience2+ years’ experience leading a team Knowledge of HVAC industry and ability to foster relationshipsStrong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and energize key performersExcellent project management, time management and organizational skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentCustomer centric with a demonstrated commitment to growing business operations
