📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Leasing Manager for a large property management client based in Tigard, OR. We are looking for great leaders as this role will involve overseeing the lease-up team, ensuring properties are running at maximum capacity. Candidates with at least two years of leasing experience who are either ready to take the next step into a management role, or ready for a change would be excellent candidates.

Position Details:Location: Based out of Tigard, OR with some travel in the Portland area (mileage reimbursed)Duration: Direct hirePay: $65K-$75K per year DOE Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
What you’ll be doing:Oversee 2-5 members of the lease-up team Create and maintain great working relationiships with agency and vendor partnersReporting for both internal and external stakeholdersCreate and maintain budgets for lease-up projectsCreate and coordinate marketing communicationsshow apartments, process rental applications and agreements
Qualifications needed:2+ years or more of experience working within the property management industry, ideally in a leasing or property management type of roleExperience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience using a propery management system such as Yardi, TenantTech, AppFolio or similar is a big plusStrong communication and ability to motivate a team
