📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
LHH is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Jackson, MS Metro area for our client, a reputable company boasting over a century of excellence. This role is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a sales journey, re-enter the sales arena, or thrive in the world of outside sales. Our client caters to a diverse customer base across the restaurant, event, and grocery sectors, serving over 90,000 clients with an array of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:Execute a minimum of 15 in-person sales contacts daily, totaling 60 each week.Leave at least 8 knife trials with potential customers weekly.Establish a minimum of 6 new customer accounts weekly through proactive cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead generation efforts.Maintain meticulous and accurate records using Salesforce.Manage inventory of sales knives with precision.Collaborate effectively with all service and support teams.Perform all duties adhering to safety protocols, including safe knife handling, operation of company vehicles, and working in commercial kitchen environments.Maintain and operate a company vehicle designated for work purposes.
Compensation:Competitive annual salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions.Anticipated OTE ranges from $82,000 to $87,000 annually.Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with employer matching, health insurance, vision and dental coverage, flexible spending accounts, and generous paid time off.
Requirements:Possess a valid driver’s license and comply with periodic MVR requirements as per Fleet Safety Program standards.Ability to drive for extended periods daily.Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.While a bachelor's degree is preferred, it's not mandatory.Ideally, candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, but it's not a strict requirement.
