Job Summary:A consumer services company in Hamilton, NJ is looking to hire a part time temp to permanent Customer Service Representative. The required hours are 20 - 25 a week and the schedule is flexible as long as it is during the hours of 8AM - 5PM M-Fri. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and any accounting experience is a plus!
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:Update and put together reports in MS Excel Enter invoice information and assist with accounts payablesCommunicate with customers and vendors to provide updates on ordersAssist with pricingHelp in processing orders and paymentsRespond to emailsPut together and send out correspondence
Qualifications:At least 2 years of related experienceMust have strong computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a small office environmentStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in office every weekdayStrong work ethicAccounting experience is a plus!
