Quality Manager
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain quality management system including: Standard Operating Procedures for production, product testing and development, supplier audits, etcIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.Lead both direct reports and cross function teams/projects. Provide consistent communication and project management to meet business objectives.Partner with cross functional teams on Continuous Improvement initiatives while insuring product still meets minimum requirements.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in EngineeringISO 9001, ISO 27000 experience5+ years' relevant work experienceHighly organized with excellent attention to detail
