Responsibilities:Prepares journal entries, maintains records, and reconciles accounts in accordance with GAAP for corporate and subsidiariesPrepares consolidated and subsidiary financial statements for review, as well as financial reporting packagesRetrieve documentation and support for external auditors and tax specialistsAnalyze fluctuations in accounts from period to period for balance sheet and income statementWork with different locations to understand activity that impacts the general ledgerPrepare key metrics for management reviewAssist as needed on ad-hoc projects and be willing to wear many hats in a fast-growing organization
Requirements:Accounting or Finance Bachelor’s Degree requiredCPA or working towards a CPA preferredMulti-location accounting experience is a plusAbility to analyze data and prepare backupProficient Excel skills should include VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables
