📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
LHH is seeking a senior level litigation paralegal or someone who has their JD and wants to explore paralegal work and who has litigation experience for our client in Vancouver, Washington.
Role: Litigation Paralegal Salary: $94,000 -$99,000WFH flex? In office first 90 days – then hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days working from homeHours: 8 am – 5 pmLocation: Vancouver, WABonus: Discretionary bonus calculated on billable hoursBillable requirement: 1500 hrs.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to prepare legal documentation.Interview clients and locate expert witnesses.Draft various legal documents including motions, briefs, and letters.Investigate factual information for discovery requests.Conduct legal research manually and using computer resources.Manage cases, organize files, and assist in case preparation.Prepare for and attend trials, including jury instructions and exhibits.Monitor legal fees, budgets, and project status.Provide logistical support and maintain legal files.Assist in developing office systems and procedures.Support special projects as assigned.Qualifications:10+ years of litigation experience Experience in full-scope civil litigation, with exposure to Family Law preferredClark County experience is a mustBachelor's degree preferredCertification from an ABA-approved paralegal training program is required.Strong research skills and excellent communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suites, preferably Clio.Interview Process:Initial virtual screening with Human Resources Manager.Second interview with attorneys, support associates, and business operations (in-person).Benefits:Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage.401K matchingPaid time off.Catered lunches, wellness benefits, and other perks.Convenient office location with parking provided.
