Senior Outside Sales Representative
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
LHH is recruiting for a Sr. Outside Sales Representative for one our clients in the organics/aggregate/construction categories.
Location: Onsite 5 days per week in the Greater Chicago Area (NE suburbs).
Compensation: $90K-$95K and bonus opportunity and benefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, and other valuable extras. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Role Requirements:*High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.*3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in aggregate sales or construction or organics related materials or heavy equipment sales *Experience managing the outside sales process and achieving sales targets.*Possess professional polish and strong presentation skills*Ability to be in the field with customers in the Chicagoland and SE Wisconsin areas regularly.*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*Possess motivation, drive, and ability to plan and execute sales plans.*Valid drivers license with clean driving record.*Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and random screens once employed.
