Talent Acquisition Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join a growing company located in Kent, Wa. This position works closely with executive leadership in delivering all facets of talent acquisition success throughout the organization.

What you’ll be doing:Drive the end-to-end process of the recruiting lifecycle ensuring a great candidate and manager experienceBuild successful relationships with executives and senior management and contribute to all aspects of human capital strategiesLead, develop and execute talent acquisition related projects and initiatives throughout the yearMentor, coach and manage a team of highly successful and motivated recruitersUse a variety of standard and specialized recruiting strategies for passive and active recruitmentMaintain reporting of metrics and data generation; problem solve complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Qualifications needed:A minimum of 8 years’ of talent acquisition or recruiting experienceA minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a teamSignificant full-cycle recruitment experience for specialized hiring needsProven ability to redefine talent acquisition practices, processes and technologyAbility to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environmentAbility to build and maintain productive partnerships with business leadersStrong change management skills, ability to influence, direct and communicate changeKnowledge of enterprise-wide HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems and proven experience working in a results measured environmentWell established recruitment network and utilizes the network effectively to meet required staffing metricsExcellent communication skills and proven client service management
